An annual Silver Falls event to appreciate our galaxy and beyond, and to bring awareness of Dark Sky campaigns to protect wildlife.
Volunteers needed for:
- Astronomy related Discovery Tables at the Stone Circle during the daytime
- flexible shifts between 11:00am and 5:00pm
- Evening event supply table (hand out Star Wheels, glow sticks, and information for visitors)
- shifts are 6:00pm - 10:00pm
- Event general support (assist with crowd control and flow)
- shifts are 6:00pm - 10:00pm
The Discovery Tables are in the Stone Circle.
The Event is in the pet-exercise field in the South Falls Historic District (renamed Astronomy Field for the day!)
